Excellent attention to detail. With the exception of the visa process (new) everything went smoothly.

Everything went according to plan. The guides were particularly attentive and knowledgeable. They showed an interest in us so the communication wasn't all one way.

First class itinerary service and guides. Will be back again. Holiday of a lifetime.

A very good tour and good value although the itinerary needs some tweaking and the shopping stops should be removed.

Excellent itinerary with a varied itinerary. Both the national guide Jason and the local guides were all first class. Hotels and food very good as well as the weather. Everything ran like clockwork .

All the guides were good, hotels good, but all different. Only complaint we had to find our own meal on first night. It would have been good if we had all eaten together on that first night.

Not sure what I am being asked to review here? Presume it is the UK office. Simple to book, visa taken care of, Things arrived on time. Everything for the trip seemed to work.

A good tour, A part of China we have not been to before so very interesting. Though interesting spent too long in Shangri La, the walk / picnic was a waste of time. Could have done with more usable time in Cummin, (most of the free time from 4pm onwards so not useable). Would recommend people add a day or 2 more to the start or preferably the end of holiday there.
People that wanted a walking holiday would have been disappointed, and indeed for others the thought that there would be too much walking might have been a put off. Have to word brochure better. Altitude might be an issue for some but walking not.
If we had it to do again would not have chosen Hong Kong to be added to trip, been there too many times now it is boring.

Wendy Wu were extremely helpful in accommodating our requests for alternative travel arrangements for my sons extended stay & the need for a quick turnaround with his visa . Whilst on tour everything was extremely well organised & our guides were very friendly , informative & helpful .

The pre departure booking service was efficient and the national guide was knowledgeable and helpful on the tour itself.

This tour did not adhere to the itinerary given to those travelling. There needs to be some serious discussions and closer liaison between the UK company and the Chinese administrative side.

tour manager KEN was excellent and a real asset to the company and clearly tried his best to look after everyone

Good generally but compared to other tours we have had felt it was expensive for the experience of hotels and questionable parts of the iteniary which at times didn't seem to add any value of experience

National guide Wendy Liu was excellent-attentive, caring and informative with an infectious, bubbly personality. All our local guides were passionate about their home area and gave lots of interesting information.
